Registration rules to attend the Noz Breizh 2025 international conference

1) If you want to participate AND submit an abstract or poster

• You must log in

• Deadline for abstract submission: February 10, 2025 on https://nozbreizh2025.sciencesconf.org/ or send to: chairenozbreizh@univ-brest.fr

• When submitting your abstract, you can indicate the date of the conference on which you prefer to make your presentation (March 20, April 24 or May 15).

Only complete abstracts will be considered (approx. 250 words)

• On February 14, 2025, you will receive a message telling you whether your abstract has been accepted or not.

• If your proposal has been accepted, you'll need to send a long abstract before February 24, 2025.

• To register, fill in the form on the conference website (“Registrations” tab) by March 14, 2025 and pay the registration fee*. You will receive an acknowledgement of receipt.

2) If you only want to attend the Noz Breizh 2025 international conference

• You must log in

• To register, you must complete the form in the “Registration” tab before March 14, 2025 and pay the registration fee*. You will receive an acknowledgement of receipt.

*Registration fee

• 50€ (participation in the three-date online or face-to-face conference program)

• Free for members of the NOZ BREIZH chair and members of partner laboratories (Geoarchitecture, LP3C, Labers, Lab-STICC)

• Free for students.

   /!\ Registration fees do not include:

• Accommodation

• Personal expenses

• Travel (to Brest and to the conference site)

• Lunches and dinners
